Looking for my grandmother in Russia

Hi Andrey,
My name is Audrey , I'm 12 years old girl. I live in America. I'm looking for my Russian grandmother who is lost in Russia . We are really enjoying watching your program and I know that you helping a lots of people in situation like this. We were trying to find her but didn't get any results with our search. She gave a birth to my mom and left her at the hospital. Mom knows that it's her parents forced her to leave her after birth . And we know that she was looking for her all this years but she couldn't find my mom because her new parents changed her name and everything . So it was really impossible for my grandmother to fInd my mom after that. Please help me and us to find my grandmother. Please help. Of course we found out her name but we couldn't find her in Russia. We really hope you can help us . Thank you
